  Charlie was a very likeable cousin and was always smiling and in a pleasant mood when and wherever I saw him. Seemingly, I can still hear him saying hey, cuz with a broad smile. I pray he is now in eternal peace.

  my sympathy and Prayers are with the family Charlie was nice and funny very helpful didn't mind taking anyone where they needed to go. i met him when he drove for counsel on aging he use to be so kind when picking up my Grandmother he also made her laugh he will be missed.
