Obituary For Jennie Lee Yancy

Jennie Lee Yancy, age 86, of Athens, GA passed August 24, 2023.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Hill First Baptist Church, 205 N Pope St. Athens, GA 30606, with interment to follow at East Lawn Cemetery.

Viewing, Wednesday, 2-7 PM, and visitation with the family, 6-7PM, at the funeral home.

Survivors include: her husband, William H. Yancy; brother, Albert (Helen) Marshall; nieces and nephews, Greg (Vicky) Marshall, Bertitta Marshall, Cleta (Roy) Bow, Frances E. Marshall, Tameisha Nicole Marshall and Cierra Marshall; special cousin, James (Vivian) Alford; and a host of additional nieces and nephews.
