Obituary For Larry E. Roach
Larry E. Roach, age 74, of Athens, GA passed December 16, 2022.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 22, 2022 at New Grove Baptist Church with interment in East Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
Public viewing, Wednesday 1-6 PM, at the funeral home.
Survivors include: his loving and devoted wife, Shirley Finch Roach; two sons, Jerome and Timothy Roach both of Athens, GA; four sisters, Carrie M. Fox and Earnestine Walker both of Athens, GA, Shirley R. Walker of Ellenwood, Georgia and Barbara E. McLaurin of College Park, Georgia; two brothers, Robert L. Roach and Kenneth D. Roach both of Athens, Georgia; two grandchildren, Mantavius Roach and Tatum Elijah Z. Roach and three step grandchildren, Demario Laguins, Rondie Marquis Laguins and Nicole Durham; two aunts, June Bass of Chicago, IL and Helen Terrell of Atlanta, GA; five sisters in law, Hazel Watkins Roach, Bessie L. Finch, Fannie Finch, Barbara Finch and Rosa (John) Eberhart of all Athens, GA; two brothers in law, Jessie Finch of Athens, GA and John Finch of Queens, NY; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Thanks Mr.Roach for your kindness over the years. i fondly remember you picking up us kids, & gave us a ride to the JJ Center on Wrestling Nite. Godspeed to the Roach Family.
