Obituary For Margorie Johnson
Margorie Johnson, age 78, of Athens, GA passed April 3, 2023.Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Faith Temple Church of God In Christ, 1500 US-29, Athens, GA 30601. Interment will follow in East Lawn Cemetery. Public Viewing will be held Friday 2- 6 PM at the Funeral Home.Immediate Survivors include: five children, Robin (Gregory) Wright, Sandra Thompson, Tracy Anderson, Tuwaun Johnson, Lamont (Fashonna) Johnson; siblings, James (Jan) Curry, John Henry Curry, Darius (Joann) Curry, Diane (Alphonso) Hitchcock and Mattie (Marvin) Jennings; sister-in-law, Georgia Mae Curry, 22 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.Arrangements by Jackson-McWhorter Funeral Home. www.jacksonmcwhorterfuneralhome.com

LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE The many many many years I've known you, I can truly say you definitely Let your light shine. Always had that beautiful smile, never seen you when you weren't smiling. Aunt Ree, you will truly be missed, I know for a fact Momma's gonna miss you dearly. My condolences goes to my extended/blended family during this time of bereavement.
