Obituary For Roosevelt Smith, Jr.

Roosevelt Smith, Jr., age 77, of Athens, GA passed August 6, 2023.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 1931 Old West Broad Street, Athens, GA

Viewing, Friday, 2-6 PM at the funeral home.

Survivors include: his wife, Deborah; his children, Rorg Williams, Robin Williams, Rhonda Williams Barber, Roderick Smith, Reginald Smith, Roslyn Williams, Matthew Clarke and Meona Lattimore; brothers, Joel, George, Walton and Eddie James; his sisters, Carrie Holmes and Donna (Frank) Hines; sister in law, Clara (Seyborn) Gordon; brother in law, Tyrone (Lisa) Lattimore; and a host of other siblings, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
